Site supervisor

Stefanutti Construction Pty Ltd. is a family owned Civil Contracting & Plant Hire Company, who has had a prominent presence on the South Coast of New South Wales since it was established in 1997.

With over 75 items of heavy machinery, Stefanutti has built an extensive portfolio of civil engineering works through its self-performing capabilities and provides services in the management of civil construction projects, covering all types of commercial civil construction, particularly in large, public infrastructure projects.

We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to join our successful team.

The duties and responsibilities for this role will include:

•  Managing sub-contractors and coordinating works on site
•  Ensuring safety and environmental compliance
•  Project commissioning and maintenance
•  Working closely with the client
•  Coordinating design and construction
•  Project procurement and maintaining supplier relationships
•  Ensuring projects run to program and contracts administration

 The requirements for this role include:

•  Need to have strong knowledge on Civil Construction Projects
•  Solid work experience within the civil construction industry with capacity to learn and develop further
•  Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a Supervising role
•  Highly energetic self-starter looking for long term career progression
•  Strong planning, organisational and negotiation skills required
•  Need to have worked on Civil Projects in NSW
